MANILA, Philippines - A namesake of actor Marvin Agustin and his companion were arrested in Caloocan City Thursday afternoon after they were caught reportedly selling 300 grams of shabu for P2 million.
Gerry Lozano, 35, is reportedly behind the proliferation of shabu in the cities of Caloocan, Pasay and Quezon, said Senior Superintendent Napoleon Taas, chief of the Anti-Illegal Drug Special Operations Task Force.
Lozano was arrested when he received marked money for the transaction, Taas said. Agustin was behind the wheel of a Mitsubishi Lancer (UBJ-484) during the transaction.
Taas ordered the filing of drug pushing charges against Lozano and Agustin with the city prosecutor’s office.
