Pilipinas Got Talent Season 4 (PGT4) are now selecting the top 12 contestants from the 36 quarter finalists selected by the formidable trio (Ai Ai delas Alas, Kris Aquino and Freddie M. Garcia) during the Judges Cull.  The PGT 4 Top 12 will compete in the semifinal round and weekly elimination.

Every week, six contestants have to perform for the audience and judges vote.  Whoever gets the highest vote at the end of the two-day voting period is automatically included in the Top 12 Semifinalists.   Meanwhile, the two contestants who got the second and third highest votes from audience have to perform for the judges vote.  Whoever gets chosen enters the semi-final round.

PGT 4 Quarterfinals Week 1 Results:  April 6-7, 2013

Voter’s Choice: Chaeremon Basa.   Basa, 16, a flair tender from Bacolod, has impressed the viewers with his leveled up flair tending skills.  He advances to the semi-finals after getting the highest nationwide votes, comprising 28.09% of the text votes.

Judge’s Choice: The Miss Tres, a singing group of transgenders from the Bulacan.

PGT 4 Quarterfinals Week 2 Results:  April 13-14, 2013

Voter’s Choice: Zilent Overload. The black light dance group from Pasig City garnered 48.65% of total text and online votes which instantly secured their slot at the semis.

Judge’s Choice: Eumee Lyn Capile, a 23-year old band vocalist from Valenzuela, unanimously won the judges’ votes.

PGT 4 Quarterfinals Week 3 Results:  April 20-21, 2013

Voter’s Choice: MP3 Band, a group of young adult whose members are ages 22-24 years old, are from Davao City. They captured the audience’s heart with their rendition of Apo Hiking Society’s Mahirap Magmahal Ng Syota Ng Iba with a twist during the Quarter Finals of Pilipinas Got Talent Season 4.

Judges’ Choice: Symmetry, a dance group from Davao City composed of twins. They impressed the judges with their one of a kind mirror-image dance.

PGT 4 Quarterfinals Week 4 Results:  April 27-28, 2013

Voter’s Choice: D’ Intensity Breakers, a hip-hop, break dancing group who wowed the audience with their leveled up dance routines using hula hoops.

Judges’ Choice: Tito Cris Castro, a magician from Sampaloc, Manila, who impressed the judges with his very quick costume changes and magic tricks.

PGT 4 Quarterfinals Week 5 Results:  May 4-5, 2013

Voter’s Choice: Roel Manlangit, the YouTube sensation from Valencia Bukidnon, garnered 37.53% of the total text votes.

Judges’ Choice: Frankendal Fabroa got the judges’ nods after performing with a giant ring during the quarterfinals.

The last batch of contestants will battle for the last two spots in the semifinals next weekend.
