Breaking News - Ice on rain in Pinamungahan Cebu on September 4, 2013 Afternoon. Three Barangays hit by the ice rain and no casualties being recorded and will be validating any damages. The government officials and other agencies now validating and finding how this happen. Pinamungahan has been hit by ice rain back in May 2012.
