Stampede video in Cebu due to 7.2 Earthquake on October 15, 2013 went viral online and continue to surface in the internet. The deadly stampede caught on camera by one of the citizen. Video shows people couldn't move down floor as someone step on them. Children lost consciousness and 3 were being killed by this stampede.
