October 15 declared Regular Holiday by government.
The National Government have already announced and declared that October 15 is a regular holiday in observance of the Muslim celebration of Eid’l Adha or the Feast of Sacrifice.

According to the Philippine President, President Benigno Aquino III, the “October 15 Regular Holiday” is the second holiday mandated by Philippine government in observance with Muslim’s Haj celebration.
The Palace have already declared October 28 as a special non-working holiday to give way to the Barangay Elections.
