Typhoon Basyang Damage in Visayas and Mindanao s Photos and Videos on Jan. 31, February 1-2, 2014. Basyang or Kakiji poured heavy rain that brought flashfloods in many areas. Local Government Units assessing and evaluating how much damages Basyang cost. No casualties have been reported except for minor injuries.
