To those inquiring about JR Pajaro's post, CEB's Guest Services team has already contacted the affected passengers this morning and provided all necessary assistance so they could push through with their flight. We have also contacted Vietnam immigration authorities and arranged for the rebooking of the passengers. We pray for her son's successful operation.
We are looking into what happened and will follow due process. At the same time, we will be in touch with the affected passengers to ensure that their concerns are properly addressed. We sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused them.

kung hindi ka ba isat kalahati BOBO, hindi ka naman expert or official capacity para mag sabi kung ang passport ay tampered or damaged, dapat nag patawag ka nang personnel na taga DFA to verify the integrity ng passport, then tsaka kayo mag decide.. TRUE enuf DFA atested passport was ok. Naturingan manager ka eh TANGA ka pala. Paging CEBU PAC, madami kayong Ground crew na mga BOBO. nanguguna na ang Manager nyo na si MARK ROTANEL. TANGA NA, BOBO PA...

ReplyDeleteI wouldn't fire him. I would demote him to the lowest available position at the airport. Either he swallows his ego, provide the best possible service and try to work his way back up, or he will just resign because his pride will not allow him to be in a position without authority.
