A new photo of the actor-comedian over a month after his mauling was shared by ABS-CBN reporter Ginger Conejero in her Twitter account on Thursday, March 6, 2014.
He is reportedly set to file his counter-affidavit against former beauty pageant aspirant Roxanne Acosta Cabanero who accused him of rape in April 2010.
In an interview with Conejero before going to the Pasig Regional Trial Court to personally file his conter-affidavit against Cabanero, he said that he has to defend himself from the false accusations being thrown to him.
“Medyo mahirap ang pinagdadaanan ko dahil affected na ang anak ko and pamilya ko. Parang masyado nilang dina-down ang sarili ko na wala naman akong ginagawang pangre-rape. Ang hirap lang pagbintangan ka na hindi mo ginagawa,” Navarro told Conejero.
