Jeffrey Roxas-Chua lost his temper and threatened enforcer who issued violation ticket saying, "Kay President pala kayo ha. Ganyan pala. Humanda ka pag nanalo si Binay at Erap, ipatatanggal kita."
Vice-President Jejomar Binay and Manila Mayor Joseph Estada have denied knowing Roxas-Chua.
Motoring website Top Gear Philippines said Roxas-Chua has disputed the Palace account of the incident.
He also claimed to possess "a very juicy video" of what happened.
"Whatever the media said that I said, is truly false. Have hard evidence to prove it (video). It's actually a very juicy video. I'm not the type to name-drop people I do not know," he told the automotive magazine.
Roxas-Chua said he is just a "normal citizen" going up against "crazy media reports."
According to Top Gear, Roxas-Chua is still considering whether to make public the supposed video footage -- if it does exist. (abscbn)
