MANILA - Jed Madela appeared effortless in performing his rendition of the wildly popular Disney tune "Let It Go," which has been a cover favorite among local artists in recent months.

A video of Madela singing the Oscar-winning song from "Frozen" was uploaded recently by Star Records, which produced the singing champion's 2013 album "All Original."

In the 4-minute clip, Madela is seen getting loud cheers from the audience, who then give him a standing ovation at the end of the performance.

Several local artists have also covered "Let It Go," including Regine Velasquez at her concert, and Sarah Geronimo in an episode of ABS-CBN's "ASAP."
