Danita Paner’s feisty mother, former actress Daisy Romualdez was also the last to know. In an interview with Jobert Sucaldito’s radio program, Daisy Romualdez said she first had no clue of the reported relationship even after reading a blind item seemingly pertaining to her daughter and Willie Revillame. She only got to know about the alleged relationship after reading the front page of a tabloid which had the scoop on the rumored romance between Willie and Danita.

Daisy Romualdez is good friends with Willie Revillame and she said she will not take offense if indeed Willie Revillame and Danita Paner are now in a relationship. She said her daughter, although still young, is of age to decide for herself. “Sa pagkakaalam ko ay hindi totoo ang balitang iyan. Pero kung sakali mang mauwi roon, wala na tayong magagawa. May mga isip na sila para makapag-decide for themselves,” she said.

Danita Paner currently stars in TV5′s Beki Boxer, a comedy-drama series about a gay boxer with Alwyn Uytingco in the title role. Alwyn Uytingco as the gay boxer who falls in love with the character of Vin Abrenica who’s with Danita Paner’s character. Beki Boxer is shown Monday to Friday on TV5 at 7PM.
