Another typhoon "Henry" threatens Philippines? After Glenda devastated Luzon, new typhoon may possibly hit Philippines this weekend July 19-20, 2014. The Low Pressure Area was forming in Pacific Ocean but NASA and PAG-ASA said that the LPA center has poorly developed in previous hours. But there's still possibility that this LPA will gain strength and become a typhoon in the next few days.
