PHOTOS - Heavy flooding on September 19, 2014 shuts down Philippine capital, Manila and other provinces. Heavy rains pour early on Friday due to typhoon Mario which made 5 feet deep of flood in Manila. Thousands of residents in low lying areas were evacuated and according to DSWD over 30,000 people were evacuated and now sheltering in the gyms and school buildings.
