The Teen Queen garnered 45 percent of the 17,905 votes cast for the Teen Female Star of the Night category wherein she bested Jane Oineza, who came in second with 34 percent of votes, and other stars like Julia Barretto, Liza Soberano, Janella Salvador, and Julia Montes.
The Teen King topped the Male Dream Date category after getting 37 percent of the total votes out of the 7,885 cast. He bested Pinoy Big Brother All In Big Winner Daniel Matsunaga, who placed second by garnering 20 percent of the total number of votes. as well as Enrique Gil, Paolo Avelino, Xian Lim, and Coco Martin.
The tandem also won the Star Magic Ball Top Scene Stealer category when news came out that the two were supposedly heard calling each other “babe” at the event. This gesture dominated that poll with 86 percent which bested other surprises like Enchong Dee’s revelation of his girlfriend Sam Lewis, Daniel Matsunaga’s bumping into with his newly-engaged ex-girlfriend Heart Evangelista and fiance Sen. Chiz Escudero, Richard Gomez’s impromptu duet with the Concert King Martin Nievera, and the return to the ball of former Kapamilya star Jolina Magdangal with her husband Mark Escueta.
Meanwhile, the Netizens thought that the Most Admired Couple during the ball were box office stars John Lloyd Cruz and Angelica Panganiban after they earned 59 percent of the total number of votes. The quiet couple bested other real-life couples like Mark and Jolina, Maricar and Richard Poon, Gerald Anderson and Maja Salvador and Sen. Chiz and Heart.
Apparently it was The Legal Wife actress Angel Locsin whom fans wanted to see the most at the ball as she topped that category with 40 percent of votes. Next was KC Concepcion who earned a total of 37 percent of votes followed by Anne Curtis, Kristine Hermosa, Sarah Geronimo, and Toni Gonzaga. Angel last attended the ball in 2008 while KC was last seen at the ball in 2011.
