Phivolcs raised the alert level from 2 to 3 of Mayon Volcano. Mayon Volcano released a laval and can be seen in the picture. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology raised an Alert Level 3 over Mayon Volcano Monday night due to "a noticeable escalation of unrest.".
