Breaking News: USGS says magnitude 7.1 quake struck off Guam on September 17, 2014. Strong Earthquake jolts and hit Guam. No immediate reports of casualties and damages.

The Pacific Tsunami Warning Center said no tsunami had been generated because the quake was too deep.
