Two People Killed by Live Wire in Manila on September 19, 2014, Friday. A medical student of University of Sto. Tomas and a hotel employee died after being electrocuted along Espana Blvd. on Friday.

UPDATE: Two people died while another was hospitalized after being electrocuted in separate incidents on flooded Espana Boulevard in Manila.
