Young boy hit by multicab in Davao City on September 5, 2014 which video became viral and popular online. The incident which was caught by CCTV that was uploaded in facebook by Frank Villaroman gone viral.

A shocking CCTv video that captured a boy being hit by a multicab in a busy street in Davao City on Friday, September 5, is going viral on Facebook.

In the video, the unidentified young boy is seen crossing the street with another kid and a man, believed to be his brother and father.

The boy was hit by a white multicab when he suddenly turned back to where he came from.

The video was uploaded by Frank Villaroman, head of the Public Safety and Security Command Center of the City Government Of Davao, on the Facebook group page of its Public Safety and Security CC /911/TMC Support Group.

“Safety Incident PSSCC (CCTV captured video) dated Sept. 5,2014 along Mini Forest Blvd. 5:14pm: A young boy met a tragic accident and still in serious condition… Who is to blame?” Villaroman posted.
