Written By Pinoy Favs on Friday, December 5, 2014 | 12:28 AM

Supertyphoon Ruby or Hagupit downgraded to typhoon as its strength is down but still dangerous [PHILIPPINES]. Hopefully, typhoon Ruby will be gone or more weaker before making landfall in Eastern Visayas this December 6, 2014.

The possibilities are still open since the movement of Ruby or Hagupit slowdown to 15kph. According to Western Pacific Weather typhoon HAGUPIT now packed with 185kph of wind and gustiness up to 259kph.

Storm signal no.2 is still up in areas in Luzon and Visayas. There are many things that might happen and this typhoon is still very dangerous.
