3 Foreigners Shot in Tabunok, Talisay City Cebu on February 20, 2015 - Viral

Cebu, City: 3 Foreigners were shot inside fast food chain in Tabunok, Talisay City Cebu on February 20, 2015. 1 German died while his two companion ( French and Indian) were wounded.

The shooting incident happened where three foreigners shot by still unidentified gunmen.


Talisay city police identified the fatality as German national Henry Haffner, 31, a temporary resident in Barangay Tisa, Cebu City.

The two other victims were identified as French national Julian Millard, 31, and Indian national Cheten Saparaiya, 32. Both are presently residing in Barangay Pooc, Talisay City.

Talisay city police investigation showed that Millard and Saparaiya were having an argument with two unidentified men inside the fast food chain. Few minutes later, the two men pulled a gun and shot the two foreigners.

Millard was hit on his left arm while Saparaiya was hit on the back of his head.

The gunmen also shot Haffner, who was inside the store, in the body.
