Full Text of BOI-PNP Report on Mamasapano Incident - January 25, 2015

Here is the full text of Board of Inquiry - PNP on what really happened on Mamasapano incident on January 25, 2015 that killed 44 PNP-SAF troopers, 18 MILF and 3 Civilians.

PNP released the text documents to the public to see and now what had happened during the fight and operation of "Oplan Exodus".

The BOI report was made and released on public March 13, 2015.
