Viral Video: Man Scratched New Cars in Robinsons in Lawaan, Talisay Cebu on April 18, 2015

Man intended to scratched two new parked cars in Robinsons supermarket in Lawaan Talisay, Cebu on April 18, 2015 which CCTV video gone viral and trending online. The scratched incident happened at around 3:50pm April 18th. It was not clear who's that man who did it and what's his intention. Officials still identifying the the man who did it and what's his motives.
