Viral: A text message of bomb threat to SM malls became viral and trending online. According to reprts that SM officer received a message from alleged terrorist group Abu Sayyaf on May 4, 2015 that it threatens to bomb SM department store of North Edsa and Southmall if it will not give 15 million dollar. The officials of SM are now asking the police about the source of the text message.

Although it's not yet confirmed but still some customers were scared.

Updates: SM store denied any bomb threat to any of their malls and the text messages or photo which surfaced online is not real. It's FAKE and Hoax. Still the SM stores are on alert to any possible threat.
