Carmona, Cavite cop chief was caught torturing a thief inside police station which video became viral and trending onlin - May 21, 2015. The video surfaced online and garnered mixed reactions from netizens. The latest update is that the chief has been already sacked from his post following the scandalous video that was uploaded in social media.

An unidentified citizen sent an envelop which has a CD that contains the video of torturing

The video showed Chief Insp. Jigger Noceda, Carmona police chief, armed with a large piece of wood and yelling at one man, whom he accused of stealing a cellphone.

Other police officers can be seen laughing.

In the video, Noceda strikes the man's hands with a piece of wood and tries to force a confession.
