Japan to turn over 4 Kawasaki P-3C Orion antisubmarine aircraft to the Philippines on a staggered basis but within a year 2015. The 4 aircraft will boost the Philippine Air Force power to protect and defend the country's territory specially in South China Sea where China is very aggressive.
