Scary tornado hit Taiwan during super typhoon Soudelor onslaught on August 9, 2015. The video of the tornado captures by a citizen while driving when suddenly a tornado appears and damages the city. The video gone viral and trending online. Several people were killed in Taiwan during Soudelor's rampaged and several people also killed in China.
