Mayor Duterte: Never Challenge the Law

An alleged tourist was in Davao City attending Kadayawan festival when he took some cigarettes in a restaurant. He was approached by restaurant owner telling that it is not allowed to have cigarettes in the area but instead of listening, the tourist said "Bakit kaninong pera ba ang pinagbili ko sigarilyo? Kay Duterte bah?". The owner approached the police and ask to tell Mayor Duterte on what happen. Later on, Mayor Duterte arrived in the place, take out his .38 revolver and sit beside the tourist and said "Papipiliin kita, barilin ko ang bayag mo, i-preso kita or kainin mo ang upos ng sigarilyo?" immediately the tourist get the cigarette but and swallow it and then telling Mayor Duterte "Sorry po Mayor".

Mayor Duterte then said "Never Challenge the Law"
