Shooting incident inside the Lighthouse Restaurant in Mango Avenue in Cebu City on October 21, 2015. The incident happened inside the Lighthouse restaurant where according to reports that several foreign nationals were injured. Police rush to the scene and investigating what cause the incident and who was responsible.
