Will Russia and Turkey Starts the World War 3? Tension Rises in the Region Seriously

A new and very serious situation arises in the region after Turkey's F-16 fighter jet shoot down Russia's SU-24 warplane. It was followed by downing of rescue helicopter of Russia who was having a search and rescue operation to the pilots of the warplane.

The rebels / FSA claims the attack of the helicopter and Turkey said that Russian jet is violating airspace and ignored the warning given.

President Vladimir Putin said that he was stabbed at the back and warns of serious consequences. All military contact to Turkey is cut and destroyer ship placed near the region and commanded to down any targets.

Will this incident is the beginning of the new World War 3? EU and other international countries urging both sides to cool and calm down.
