Reports said he is suffering from hyperdontia, the condition of having supernumerary teeth, or teeth that appear in addition to the regular number of teeth.
Last Thursday, March 3, forty of Quirante's 300 teeth were extracted under a pyogenic granuloma treatment, which is an oral and topical beta-blocker therapy. The young Cebuano has to undergo 7 more operations for the removal of his extra teeth.
