A tornado like wind hit Cebu City, Naga, Minglanilla, Talisay City Cebu on July 19, 2016 afternoon. Several trees and electric posts were damaged and according to reports that there's one person was injured.
In Minglanilla, electric posts were damaged and in Naga City, a ship was ran aground near the shore.
