Motorists assaults LTO officer in Butuan City on Sunday, November 6, 2016 which video gone viral and trending online.

The video shows a motorcycle driver and his companion assaults the LTO or traffic officer at the middle of the street in JC Aquino Avenue crossing Ochoa Ave, Butuan City. The enforcer was trying to hold the motorcycle and issue a violation for not wearing helmet but the driver and his companion resists.
