Typhoon Marce to enter PAR on November 3, 2016 - Threatens to hit Philippines

New typhoon Marce is threatening Philippines as it enters PAR on November 3, 2016. The new typhoon will bring rain which can cause flashfloods and landslides. There is still no exact and accurate path of the typhoon but according to satellites that it will hit Eastern Visayas then going to Luzon.
