Frostbite blanketed large portions of vegetable farms in Benguet, Philippines on Feburary 15 and 16, 2017 as temperature continues to drop to -2°C and -3°C. The photos of frostbite in Benguet became viral and trending online and there are already hundreds of netizens planning to go to Benguet just to experience and see this.
Some said this is the first major phenomena happened in the country and it's just like a Snow. Authorities warned the people not to rush in the area because this kind of phenomenon can easily have you a sickness since Philippines is a tropical country and we're not used to this kind of coldness.
