At least 18 people were injured in Langham Place in Hong Kong on Saturday, March 25, 2017 after an escalator stopped and reversed. The actual video of the incident was being uploaded online and garnered millions of views.
Video footage showed the time escalator stopped and reversed causing the people to lose their balance.
