The viral video of the shooting incident in Kamputhaw, Cebu City angered many of the citizens and hoping that the suspect will be arrested ASAP.
On Sunday evening, police officers together with Mayor Tomas Osmena went to the house of David Lim Jr. but failed to find him. His parents also said that they didn't know where there son is.
