Floods All Over Metro Manila After 12 hrs of Heary Rain on August 12, 2018

State of Calamity was declared in some parts of Metro Manila after experiencing heavy floods due to non stop of rain. Some citizens recalled the typhoon Ondoy that brought the same heavy rainfall. Thousands of people are now in evacuation centers to take temporary shelters because their houses were flooded.
