Si GMA Newscaster Ivan Mayrina ay nag-uulat ukol sa mga kaganapan sa Barangay Santa Barbara, Zamboanga City. Mga kaganapan ukol sa bakbakan at mga naganap na sunog sa nasabing lugar. Ngunit kaugnay rito isang netizen ang nakapansin sa lugar kung saan siya kasalukuyang nagbabalita.
Ayun sa mismong GMA Newscaster Ivan Mayrina siya ay kasalukuyan nagbabalita located sa Brgy. Sta. Barbara, Zamboanga City na kung saan nakatuon ang kanyang balita. Ngunit isang netizen ang nagpost sa social media (Facebook) na madaling kumalat na nagpapatunay na ang lugar kung saan nakatayo ang Newscaster ay hindi sa Sta. Barbara, Zamboanga City kundi sa Gov. Camins Airport Road sa harap ng Garden Orchids Hotel.
Kumalat ito kaugnay ng maling impormasyon kung nasaan ang Newscaster na kasalukuyang nagbabalita ng LIVE sa 24 Oras ng GMA 7. Dumagdag pa ito nang mapansin ng mga Netizen na naka bullet proof at helmet ang mamamahayag upang mas kapani-paniwala.

ReplyDeleteSome viewers have reacted on social media to GMA News reporter Ivan Mayrina wearing protective gear during a live report.
It is a strict GMA News policy that field personnel, including off-camera crew members, wear such gear during conflict coverage. Nowhere in his live report did Ivan claim that he was in Barangay Santa Barbara or anywhere else at that moment except where he was – at a live remote set-up of GMA News.
However, Ivan did go to Santa Barbara earlier in the day where he covered the situation there. That was in his edited report.
too bad mali ung info m.. he never mention n he was in sta barbara while reporting. ikaw ang misleading

ReplyDeleteWhat did you expect? This is Media. You have to have news that sells... The more dramatic, the better. Besides, who cares if it's the truth or not. The important thing is to get the ratings....

ReplyDeletebakit pa kc my helmet kung wala naman sa conflict area ... hehe misleading talaga ... the mere fact that he wears that vest, it deliberately suggests to viewers that he is actually in the conflict area. helo? media? mabilis lang ang pagbroadcast at hindi lahat ng sinasabi sa report ay maiintindihan o mapapakingan ng karamihang viewers. Buti kung print maaanalyse mo, eh kung sa TV , mas angat ang sinasuggest ng background kesa sa sinasabi ng reporter. Ung anchor na lang sana nagreport. hehe
