NO CLASSES: Local government announced classes suspended in Cebu, Bohol Philippines STARTING October 21 and classes will resume on Nov. 4, 2013 due to aftershocks of earthquake last October 15, 2013 . The government will still to inspect all school buildings to ensure childrens safety.
