NBI released CCTV footage of condominium where Vhong Navarro was mauled. The video goes viral and popular online. Video shows Vhong Navarro and Cedric Lee's group arrived in condo with 3 minutes time differenced on January 22, 2014. CCTV matches on Vhong Navarro's statement and NBI said that there was no rape happened.
