New Weather Disturbance in Pacific Ocean - To be Named Typhoon Seniang

Breaking: PAGASA is monitoring the new weather disturbance forming in the Pacific Ocean. If this weather disturbance will become a typhoon, it will be named "Seniang". Pagasa said that it's too early to predict whether it will become a typhoon or not. It will be known later this week (December 12, 2014)

Philippine was devastated anew by typhoon Ruby who brought destruction in Visayas and Luzon.
