Breaking: The Philippine won the case against China in South China Sea after Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague released their decision July 12, 2016. The China's so-called Nine-Dash-Line is invalid.

"The Tribunal concluded that there was no legal basis for China to claim historic rights to resources within the sea areas falling within the ‘nine-dash line’."

It is one of the most historic moments for every Filipino because we have show the world that we own and we get what is ours. Philippines is the "GIANT SLAYER". The decision said that Ayungin Shoal is within Philippine territory and they owned it.

Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! Atin ang Ayungin Shoal! 200 EEZ. This is a historic day for every Filipino. #CHexit .

Manila, Philippines (under former-President Benigno Aquino III) filed protest, case against China for overlapping claims near Ph shore. The case was brought to UNCLOS but China did not cooperate and said they will not follow any decisions made by thel court.
